We’re also adding a second day for Dimond Sponsors only of booth access, giving exhibitors an opportunity to connect with attendees early on Monday, July 26, 2027.

Booth Assignments

Booth spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with Bronze through Diamond registration options. Diamond sponsors may choose their preferred booth location, subject to availability.

Please note: Your booth assignment is not secured until payment has been received.

Online registration closes June 30, 2027. We encourage you to register early to secure the best available booth location and sponsorship opportunities.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Cancellations made after July 8, 2027 receive no refund, and unpaid fees will be billed.

No-shows are ineligible for a refund.

KSDE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE CONFERENCE. Every attempt will be made to send notice to registered attendees no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. A full refund* will be issued in the event of cancellation by KSDE.

*KSDE requires that a W-9 form is received from the recipient prior to issuing a refund if they are not listed in the State Accounting System.
