We heard you; we’re keeping you refreshed with coffee and water available all day, and lunch on July 28th. We are making things even better with an improved floor plan for a smoother experience.

Spots are assigned first come, first served with a Bronze through Gold registration or choose your own spot with a Diamond registration. Booth assignment is not secured until payment is received.

Your booth assignment, a conference agenda, floor plans of the exhibit area, and maps of the facilities will be emailed to you a week before the conference.

Online registration closes July 8, 2026.

EXHIBIT OPTIONS:

Bronze Option 1: $600.00	10' x 10' booth with 8' back drape and 3' siderails 8' draped display table Printed sign of the name of your company or organization 2 chairs Morning/afternoon refreshments and lunch for two on July 28, 2026 Sched program listing
Silver Option 2: $1,000.00	All items in option 1, plus Advertisement in the conference Welcome presentation Displayed as a Featured Exhibitor on Sched
Gold Option 3: $1,200.00	All items in option 2, plus Gold backdrop Table tents on opening session tables Sponsor break refreshments Place advertisement poster in session hallways (you provide ad and tripod)
Diamond Option 4: $1,500.00	All items in option 3, plus An additional booth White backdrop Pick your own location Sponsor lunch meals Table tents on registration tables 1 table in the hallway outside the Vendor Hall Speak for 3 minutes on opening session
Extra Booth Space: $300.00	Additional space to exhibit (Limit 1 per company/organization)
Extra Person: $100.00	If more than 2 representatives attend, each additional person pays $100
Conference Sponsor: $500.00	If you can not attend, but would like to sponsor the conferece, you will receive: Table tents of company names on lunch tables Ad in welcoming presentation Table tents on registration tables Distribution of your branded items at registration desk (all items need to be received by July 8th)


Not Included:	carpeting and other furnishings electricity internet access audio-video equipment shipping and drayage individual booth security (the exhibit hall will be locked during non-show hours)

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Cancellations made after July 14, 2025 receive no refund, and unpaid fees will be billed.

No-shows are ineligible for a refund.

KSDE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE CONFERENCE. Every attempt will be made to send notice to registered attendees no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. A full refund* will be issued in the event of cancellation by KSDE.

*KSDE requires that a W-9 form is received from the recipient prior to issuing a refund if they are not listed in the State Accounting System.
