Your booth assignment, a conference agenda, floor plans of the exhibit area, and maps of the facilities will be emailed after booth numbers have been assigned.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations made after July 14, 2025 receive no refund, and unpaid fees will be billed.
No-shows are ineligible for a refund.
KSDE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE CONFERENCE. Every attempt will be made to send notice to registered attendees no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. A full refund* will be issued in the event of cancellation by KSDE.
*KSDE requires that a W-9 form is received from the recipient prior to issuing a refund if they are not listed in the State Accounting System.
